We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide personalized support to a preschool-aged child. The caregiver will work closely with the child, family, and educational team to promote development, ensure safety, and foster a positive learning environment.

Primary Responsibilities: 
- Provide one-on-one support to assist the child with daily activities, including play, learning, and self-care routines.

- Support the child's communication, social, motor, and cognitive development through engaging and appropriate activities.

- Implement individualized strategies & interventions as outlined by medical providers, educators, and the child's care plan.

- Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times, including supervision during indoor and outdoor activities.

- Assist with transitions between activities and environments to promote consistency and comfort.

- Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and confidence.

- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers and other team members about the child's progress and needs.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to the child's development.

Qualifications: 
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred.

- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of developmental milestones and interventions for children with special needs is a plus.

- Ability to follow care plans.

- Valid background checks and references.

 - Ability to engage in physical activities, including assisting with mobility and play.

- First aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
